High performance
The high sturdiness of the B model such as the frame with double sheet metal structure, the multi-speed gearbox, the friction cardan and the 12 mm anti-wear tempered slides, allow it to withstand strong stresses due to coupling with tractors up to 100 HP . Optional equipment is available which can make the difference, such as the different types of rollers with mechanical or hydraulic connection kit, the front depth wheels or the track eradicator system, essential for reducing compaction especially on narrow row crops.
Counterflange kit
For the most difficult soil conditions, a counterflange kit can be mounted on request which increases the robustness of the rotor and hoes.
Super
B SUPER features an oversized 560 mm diameter rotor, with high-strength steel hoe flanges and slides for managing the 27 mm depth. The greater working depth is also achieved thanks to the measure of reducing the depth of the side. B SUPER is the only one on the market and in the entire range of MASCHIO cutters to be equipped with tempered steel slides that are up to 5 times more resistant than the classic ones.
Rear roller
As an alternative to the side slides, model B allows you to choose different models of rear rollers. Thanks to the connection kit with mechanical jacks, the rollers, of different types, are characterized by a greater width than the hoe, allowing precise leveling of the ground even on board the machine.
The U model hoe is equipped with a three-gear lateral transmission box that ensures constant transmission without power losses.
Amphibious mechanical seals are made up of two metal rings opposed to each other and separated by a thin film of oil. This system guarantees total isolation of the rotor bearings from mud, water and dust. It is also possible to work submerged in the rice fields.
By varying the position of the gears present in the central gearbox it is possible to easily change the rotation speed of the rotor depending on the type of terrain.
