Description

The washing tank allows the post-harvest separation of nuts from impurities such as stones, earth residues, etc., thanks to a water cleaning system. The product, introduced into the tank, floats and is pushed by a torrent of water (caused by the immersion pump) towards the grate, where the water falls into the recovery tank and the product rolls towards the exit.
- TANK WITH SCREW: equipped with water recovery tank, immersion pump, grate and screw. Stones and dirt are continuously collected from the bottom, by means of a screw, which unloads directly into an external container.
- TANK WITH RUBBER COATED SCREW: for chestnuts. The good chestnuts sink and are unloaded by the rubber-coated auger, the bad chestnuts float and roll onto the outlet grate.
- WATER OUTFLOW SCREW: it is an inclined perforated auger, which allows the water to flow out of the product once it has left the tank. Recommended for small-medium sized plants.
