Description

The separator fan is used for the post-harvest separation of nuts from impurities (empty products, earth, leaves, various impurities). The air current caused by the fan separates the product from the residues mixed with it, according to the specific weight. It is powered by electricity, equipped with its own motor with a power of 1.5 kW (model SHP2) or power of 3 kW (model SHP4).
The separator can be equipped, upon request, with:
- Rotary screen, which allows to remove soil and residues smaller than the product itself (models SHP2CRIV. or SHP4CRIV.);
- Double rotary screen, which allows you to remove smaller and larger residues of the product itself such as sticks and various. (model SHP4CRIV.DOPP).
The separator fan is used in the drying system to carry out the first dry cleaning of the product. This machine does not remove stones with the same diameter as the product;
